  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>Two <jats:italic>closo</jats:italic> hybrid polybismuthides {Bi<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>[Rh(COD)]<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>}<jats:sup>2−</jats:sup> (1) and {Bi<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>[Rh(COD)]<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>}<jats:sup>2−</jats:sup> (2), derived respectively from the unprecedented envelop-like [Bi<jats:sub>4</jats:sub>]<jats:sup>6−</jats:sup> and V-type [Bi<jats:sub>3</jats:sub>]<jats:sup>5−</jats:sup> anions by the coordination of the [Rh(COD)]<jats:sup>+</jats:sup> cation units, were fully characterized.</jats:p>
