  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>Focused 808 nm excitation was able to produce bright warm white light from La<jats:sub>1-x</jats:sub>Nd<jats:sub>x</jats:sub>AlO<jats:sub>3</jats:sub> nanocrystals. The concentration of Nd<jats:sup>3+</jats:sup> influenced the intensity dependence on power and pressure along with the photoconductivity. An IVCT mechanism was proposed.</jats:p>
