Beschreibung:
<jats:p>An endobronchial localization of Hodgkin lymphoma is rare, and few experiences since the 1900s have been reported in the literature. Here we report the first case of a relapsed/refractory Hodgkin lymphoma with a critical vegetative mass at the level of the trachea successfully treated with pembrolizumab. </jats:p>
