  • Beschreibung: <jats:p> Despite the importance of services to marketers, and the substantial amount of services marketing literature, marketing principles textbooks still tend to reflect a goods orientation. Product and distribution concepts in texts are reviewed, relevant services literature cited, and textbook authors encouraged to consider services issues more precisely and in greater depth. </jats:p>
