  • Beschreibung: <jats:p> TableCurve is a very powerful, very user-friendly package for bivariate analysis. It searches through 3,320 predefined equations (or others you add) to find those that may fit your data. It ranks the equations by the percent of variance each explains (r2) and allows you to view the results of the best or any other equation graphically. Data may be entered directly on a versatile quasi- spreadsheet style editor or may be imported from Lotus 1-2-3, dBASE, and other common programs that use an ASCII data format. Results may be output to Lotus 1-2-3, as ASCII files, or as graphics in several formats, including WordPerfect's WPG format. Table- Curve makes a wonderful tool for exploratory data analysis or for intermediate to advanced instruction about data transformations in linear curve-fitting or about types of nonlinear curve-fitting. </jats:p>
