  • Beschreibung: Two laser spectroscopists from IBM have put forward a controversial theory to explain one of the greatest enigmas of astronomical spectroscopy: unexplained dark absorption bands in the spectra of all bright stars. Astronomers have in general been skeptical, but this radical theory is winning converts.
