  • Beschreibung: <jats:p> <jats:named-content content-type="genus-species">Vibrio cholerae</jats:named-content> is an inhabitant of aquatic environments worldwide. Here, we report the draft genome sequences of eight <jats:italic>V. cholera</jats:italic> non-O1, non-O139 isolates that were recovered from the corpses of two seabird chicks (common terns) following a mass mortality event in a German breeding colony in 2019. </jats:p>
