  • Beschreibung: <jats:title>Abstract</jats:title> <jats:p>Fe, N-doped SrTiO3 was successfully synthesized using pyrazine carboxylic acid-metal complexes as the starting materials and exhibited high onset potential of 0.8 V vs. RHE for the oxygen reduction reaction because of the formation of high-quality active sites by Fe and N doping, and electron conduction paths by carbon nanotubes.</jats:p>
