<jats:p>Differential pulse anodic stripping voltammetry with a hanging mercury drop electrode was employed successfully for the determination of dibutyltin(IV) dichloride in the range of 3–50 μg dm−3 at the deposition time of 60 s in 50% (v/v) ethanol-water medium (pH 7.3).</jats:p>
