A perspectiva elaborada nesta abordagem sugere a possibilidade de descortinar a diversidade e a multiplicidade das práticas sociais em contraposição à credibilidade exclusivista e hegemônica. Por este motivo, não se salienta, aqui, a diversidade de culturas, mas, sim, uma cultura nos termos da diversidade capaz de se assentar no reconhecimento de distintos saberes que não reduzem o existente apenas à visão da razão ocidental. Sugere-se uma epistemologia para um novo saber e a necessidade de espaços que considerem as diversas mediações nesta pluralidade de formas de ser. DIVERSITY AND DECOLONIALITY IN THE CONTEXT OF HUMAN RIGHTS IN CONTEMPORANEITYAbstract The perspective elaborated in this approach suggests the possibility of decoupling the diversity and the multiplicity of social practices as opposed to the exclusivist and hegemonic credibility. For this reason, the diversity of cultures is not emphasized here, but rather a culture in terms of diversity that can be based on the recognition of different knowledge that does not reduce what exists only to the vision of Western reason.
