  • Beschreibung:
Flader, Dieter et Thilo Von Trotha - "The implicit positivism in the ethnomethodological analysis of conversation".
The ethnomethodological analysis of conversation must be understood on the basis of its phenomenologie sources, i.e. A. Schütz's work. The authors examine in turn the concepts of comprehensive sociology, the way they are modified by ethnomethodology, and how such transformations reintroduce a positivist dimension. Such an approach, because of transfers from subject to social interaction in Schütz's constitution analysis tends to overlook the existence of linguistic and social interpretation instruments, because of a theory of knowledge based on facts being transparent. The paper is then turned towards conversation analysis within an institutional framework, this from a critical point of view.
