  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>What are the cognitive processes and training patterns concerning teachers training ? After having looked for the cognitive alternation meanings, various representations and positions of school teachers training are analysed. Their examination allows to find out an original process of profes- sionnal knowledge construction in the alternation system. The cognitive alternation (real alternation) is a characteristic feature of commitment to educational practice, through a formative temporality. Its dynamics questions patterns and practices designed to support formative alternation for teachers.</jats:p>
