  • Beschreibung: <jats:p>Observation of the case and process of school teachers training leads to the conception of models in and for training : their link composes "formative" models. A polymorphous (and not isomorphous or homomorphic) formative model entails a new relation between modelisation and autonomisation in a training system. Modelisation stands at the centre of a process of elucidation of the global dynamics of training, social, institutionnal, cognitive transformation as well as individual building of skills.</jats:p>
