<abstract><p>In this paper, we define and study quasi-monoidal comonads on a monoidal category. It generalize the (Hom type) coquasi-bialgebras to a non-braided setting. We investigate their corepresentations and their coquasitriangular structures. We also discuss their gauge equivalence relations.</p></abstract>
