After the experience of three phases of information technology development, China’s online tourism business is constantly improving with the establishment of a multifunctional online tourist industry system. However, information technology is updating and surpassing with each day when tourism is developing. The special nature of the relationship between supply and demand in tourist industry makes information exchange play a significant role in the running of the industry. Thus, the application of information technology not only exerts great impact on the transaction and relationship between supply and demand, but also makes the entire industry transform a lot. Tourist industry makes enormous progress in value transmission, message transmission and e-commerce by applying information technology that activates the industry effectively. Thus, information system is tremendously important in data analysis and assessment of tourism industry chains.</jats:p>
