  • Beschreibung: In this article we present the newly developed HD-portfolio as a contribution to profile building through reflection. It addresses people working in the field of didactics in higher education whose diverse professional biographies and disciplines of origin are considered, because we aim to have a look at resources and competences on an individual level. With the HD-portfolio we focus on an inwardly directed transparency and offer guidance for inner clarification. The guiding questions offered in the portfolio relate to characteristics of the person, his or her activities and how he or she performs. We invite you to use this instrument to continuously focus on your own reflective practice. The HD-portfolio can be used as a contribution to the discussion about individual professionalisation. We pursue a practice-oriented, experience-based approach. This allows us to view our work and the development of the HD-portfolio as processes that are not complete yet, but have only just begun. In the following, the objectives, contents and first application contexts of the HDportfolio are presented.
