L’animation, avec ses spécificités, participe de la métamorphose du travail social en intervention sociale. Les professionnalités, les postures d’acteurs, les répertoires d’action s’en trouvent modifiés. Nous tenterons ici d’apporter quelques éclairages partiels qui ne sauraient prétendre cerner toutes les mutations mais, tout au plus, contextualiser les «décalages». Le propos portera essentiellement sur l’entrée «territoire», sur l’action publique et sur la mobilisation des acteurs, autant d’approches que nous analyserons en termes «d’intermédiation sociale».
Animation, Soziale Vermittlung und Governance Die Animation mit ihren Besonderheiten ist Bestandteil der Umwandlung der Sozialarbeit in Sozialvermittlung. Die Fachkompetenzen, die Standpunkte der Akteure, die Aktionsregister sind dadurch verändert. Wir werden hier versuchen, teilweise einige Blickpunkte einzubringen, die nicht den Anspruch haben, alle Umwandlungen zu definieren, sondern höchstens die •Abstände“ in einem Zusammenhang zu bringen. Wir werden hauptsächlich den Begriff •Territorium“, die öffentliche Aktion und die Mobilisierung der Akteure betonen, Blickpunkte die wir als Begriffe der •sozialen Vermittlung“ analysieren werden.
Animation, social intermediation and governance Animation, with its specificities, takes part of the metamorphosis of the social work into social intervention. The professionalities, the actors’profiles, the records of action are therefore modified. We will try to bring some partial perspectives which do not aim to define all the changes but, at most, to contextualise the «gaps» The matter will be mainly about the entry «territory», public action, and the actors’-mobilization, as many approaches that we will analyse in terms of «social intermediation».
Animación social, intermediación social y conducción La animación social, con sus especificidades, participa de la metamorfosis del trabajo social en intervención social. Las profesionalidades, las posturas de los actores, los repertorios de acción se ven así modificados. Intentaremos aportar aquí algunos enfoques parciales que no pretenden abarcar todas las mutaciones sino, a lo sumo, contextualizar los «desfases». El discurso se referirá esencialmente a la entrada «territorio», a la acción pública y a la movilización de los actores, tantos enfoques que analizaremos en términos «de intermediación social».
