The second of two papers in which a systematic scheme for renormalizing the reduced density matrices of an initially inhomogeneous quantum fluid is introduced. In this paper, self-energy structures appearing among the initial conditions and Liouville vertices are resumed, and an expression for the reduced density matrices is obtained in which all distribution functions and all propagators are renormalized to include frequency dependent self-energy effects.
