Résumé : La contribution aura deux buts : d'une part, celui de proposer une démarche intégrative de type systémique et écologique de la co-action entre l'activité humaine et celle de la nature physique et vivante et, d'autre part, de faire le point sur les questions principales que pose aux autorités concernées dans sa singularité géographique et politique, la partition historique du bassin franco-valdo-genevois (BFVG).
Abstract : This contribution will pursue two goals : on one hand suggesting a systernic and ecological approach to fit the coaction between human activities and the natural physical and biological ones and, on the other hand to take stock of the main questions that concerned authorities are asked about geographical and political singularity resulting from the French-Valdo-Geneva Basin historical partition (BFVG).
