L'agriculture multifonctionnelle a vocation à rendre service et à vendre des services, pour contribuer à la construction des territoires entre villes et campagnes. S'inscrivant dans cette logique, l'accueil pédagogique à la ferme, aujourd'hui confronté aux lois du marché malgré un effort d'organisation collective, est source d'une activité inégale. L'exemple de la Flandre montre que ses praticiens ignorent encore trop leur milieu géographique pourtant si discriminant.
The multi-fonction agriculture aims at helping people and selling services, in order to enable the creation of territoires between towns and the countryside. In this framework, the educational stays in farms have to do now with the law of supply and demand, in spite of an effort for mass-organization, and involve an uneven activity. The case of Flanders shows that the organizers of educational stays still do not know their geographical environment, which normally makes the difference
