Dans cet article, nous présentons une approche interactionniste du processus de conception collaborative d’un manuel-utilisateur. Notre objectif est de souligner les enjeux de l’analyse des interactions lors d’un processus de conception collaborative de systèmes d’aide. Nous étudions une situation de conception réunissant un développeur, un utilisateur et un rédacteur technique qui interagissent pendant une séance de travail. Nous montrons que le système d’aide à concevoir doit intégrer les résultats d’une dialectique complexe qui se noue entre l’activité de l’utilisateur et le fonctionnement du logiciel ; c'est-à-dire considérer les caractéristiques du produit dans son contexte d’usage.
Stakes of the Analysis of Interactions for the Design of Assistance System : the Case of a Handbook-user. In this paper, we present an interactionist approach to the process of designing a document for end-user. Our aim is to underline the stakes of the interaction analysis for the process of design. Accordingly, we study a situation joining a developer, a user and a technical writer which interact during a working session. We show that the document for end-user must integrate the results of a dialectic which is tied between the activity of the user and the operation of the software ; i. e. to consider the characteristics of the product in the context its actual usage.
