Les aspirations indépendantistes du Québec sont également prises en considération et replacées dans leur cadre historique et géographique.
Is Canada, this great country of North America, born from the hazard of History, may disappear and be absorbed by the giant of USA? The author answers to this question in showing that the fragility of Canadian State is the result of its physical and climatic characters but also of its regional disparities and the immediate proximity of the first industrial power of the planet. The independantist aspirations of Quebec are also took in consideration and replaced in their historical and geographical context.
