Mais, comme dans d'autres campagnes, de profondes mutations touchent la société, l'agriculture, l'industrie ou le tourisme des hautes terres, exacerbant les oppositions internes.
The medium mountain region of Western Europe is both a rural and a highland area. For this reason, it is victim of conflicting economies, which often leave it in a weak and critical condition. But, as in other rural sectors, major changes are affecting society, agriculture, tourism and other industries of the highlands, thus aggravating internal oppositions.
