Two rescue excavations at Nohant-en-Graçay (Cher) and Brion (Indre), occasioned by a programme of works along the projected route oftheA20 motorway, have revealed plateau-rim and valley-slope occupation sites attributable to the Early Neolithic and Middle Neolithic I periods. The finds discussed here contribute to a better understanding of the process of Neolithicisation in the southern Paris Basin, that crossroads of cultural influences.
Deux fouilles de sauvetage engendrées par des sondages systématiques sur l'ensemble de l'emprise de l'autoroute A. 20 ont révélé à Nohant-en-Graçay (Cher) et à Brion (Indre) des occupations domestiques de bordure de plateau et de versant de vallée attribuées au Néolithique ancien et moyen I. Le mobilier présenté ici contribue à la compréhension du processus de neolithisation dans le sud du Bassin parisien, carrefour d'influences.
