Recent developments in the econometrics of contracts While the literature dedicated to the theory of contracts has exploded in the last twenty years, econometric implementations have long remained scarce. Nevertheless, several promising efforts have been made in recent years. The purpose of this paper is to review some of this work in the various subfields; the emphasis will be on structural models.
