La mutation des tâches affectées à l'Université et l'évolution du rôle du professeur ont entraîné dans de nombreux pays européens une réflexion sur la nécessité d'améliorer l'efficacité de l'enseignement. Cet article donne des informations sur les programmes de formation à la didactique initiés dans un certain nombre de pays européens ou suscité par des associations internationales. Il indique les facteurs qui pourraient favoriser l'introduction de ces programmes.
The transformation of the tasks assigned to the University and the evolution of the professors' role have led in many European countries to a reflection on the need to improve teaching efficiency. This article gives information on the training to didactics programs initiated in a few European countries or induced by international organizations. The factors which might favour the introduction of these programs are pointed out.
