The article reviews recent research in bioethics in Italy, Spain and Portugal. It deals with the most significant aspects of national publications : prevailing Catholicism, the influence of "Continental" philosophies, such as Aristotelianism and the ethics of discursive reasoning. It deals with the spécifie nature of medical anthropology in Italy and Spain. It notes finally that the conflict between the "Catholic" and the "secular" attitude to bioethics is becoming less and less pronounced, and being replaced by a more creative dialogue both on the level of basic reflection and as regards legal and political strategies.
L'article fait le point sur l'état de la recherche récente en bioéthique en Italie, Espagne et Portugal. Il relève les aspects les plus marquants des publications nationales : le catholicisme ambiant, l'influence des philosophies « continentales », telles que l'aristotélisme et l'éthique du discours. Il s'arrête sur le caractère spécifique de l'anthropologie médicale en Italie et Espagne. Il note enfin que la conflictualité entre l'orientation « catholique » et « laïque » en bioéthique devient toujours moins forte à la faveur d'un dialogue plus créatif tant au niveau de la réflexion fondamentale que des stratégies juridico-politiques.
