CLAUDE GIRAUD, ZBIGNIEW SMOREDA As part of a panel research carried out on the cultural apprenticeship in the professional sphere, we were led to analyze the attitude of the civil servants at France Télécom in respect of their status at a time when a debate on the judicial status of this government administration was being undertaken. The results of this study have demonstrated that these attitudes are function of the present day socio-professional position and the social course of the wage-earners- apprehended from the professional characteristics of their parents. We have in this way brought to the fore the importance of the code of beliefs built through the social situation of the parents.
Dans le cadre d'une recherche par panel portant sur Г apprentissage culturel en milieu professionnel, nous avons été amené à analyser les attitudes des fonctionnaires de France Télécom à l'égard de leur statut au moment où un débat sur le statut juridique de cette Administration d'Etat s'engageait. Les résultats de cette étude ont montré que ces attitudes sont fonction de la position socio-professionnelle actuelle et du parcours social des salariés - appréhendé à partir des caractéristiques professionnelles de leurs parents. Nous avons ainsi pu mettre en évidence Г importance de codes de croyance construits à travers la situation sociale des parents.
