  • Description: Wnt/β-catenin-dependent signaling pathway is indispensible for cardiac development, becoming quiescent in the normal adult heart, and re-activated in both regenerative responses post-injury and in cardiac hypertrophy and failure. Many studies have demonstrated the effect of its main nuclear effector- Transcription factor 7-like 2 (TCF7L2) in influencing chromatin landscapes in different malignancies.
